ASI: A Celebration of Milton Friedman

Oct 10, 2012
By

This ASI event on Monday, subtitled “Three steps towards a freer world” offers an opportunity to catchup on your Freidman. I haven’t heard the others speak but Dr Butler is entertaining.

Peter Lilley MP, former Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, will speak on the case for the legalisation of cannabis.
Dr Adam Martin, lecturer in Political Economy at King’s College London, will speak on the case for free trade.
Dr Eamonn Butler, Director of the Adam Smith Institute, will speak on Milton Friedman’s proposal for a Negative Income Tax.

Doors will open at 6:00pm for a drinks reception, with the panel starting their speeches at 6:30pm sharp.
