It is heartening to see a campaign spring to life, apparently from Libertarian roots, on this issue. Evan Harris, the politician most closely associated with ending free-speech in this country actually attended a Rally for Free Speech in 2006 at which the last speaker was Sean Gabb, arch libertarian and free-speech purist. As I recall Evan Harris was one of the softer more compromising speakers and that compromising attitude has lead him to deal free-speech a terrible blow in 2013. With respected libertarians involved, this campaign will be well-targetted.
