I’ve learnt that Tim Carpenter, the NCC’s appointed interim for party leader, is continuing to work on a plan to hold an SGM and a valid vote on appointments and reforms.

Given the fact that Andrew Withers is simultaneously leading the same party in another direction one imagines this is fraught with difficulties.
