Not signed yet. We should really be using this opportunity to roll back the existing monitoring too. Various agencies, including the police, various government departments (DEFRA!) and local councils (!) can just ask ISPs for their logs (which they’re obliged to keep for a year) about any individual. No need to present evidence of a crime, no need to get a magistrate or judge involved.

No, the govt shall! Saying it should is just stating a fact, not demanding action.
P.s. Love the irony of having to leave ones email address…
