Peston could talk about QE and other aspects with a straight face, talking up bailouts, toeing the “consensus” line. Some journalist.

A bit of advice (from a friend of mine who knows the man) – do not waste time with the opinions of Robert Peston. He simply repeats the establishment line – he has never had an independent thought in his life.
