News International chairman James Murdoch tells staff this Sunday’s issue of the News of the World will be the last edition of the paper.

I’d be intrested to know, is this the consequence of James Murdoch’s integrity (as his message seems to show) or a consequence of the discretion Government holds over the fate of individual businesses.
