Ayn Rand documentary in US theatres Jan 17th

This passed me by until Yaron Brook tweeted there is an Atlas Shrugged documentary film. Better yet, the trailer is very encouraging. Production seems a great deal more polished than the very average Part 1 movie.

It will be in theatres in the US only on 17th and 26th only, but hopefully it will make DVD soon after.

  1. Yaron Brook is a good man – someone whose judgement is to be respected.

So if says that this documentary is good – it is likely to be good.

I hope I will be be attacked as a “second hander” for the above.

    1. You are indeed operating second hand, though I suspect your judgement of Yaron Brook is first handed? Maybe that’s not so bad then.

I was a little surprised to see the dark figure on the Atlas cover framed as Galt in the trailer. I had wondered if it was James Taggart or maybe Hank Rearden but don’t have much time for the artwork if it’s intended to be Galt. I had always imagined Galt bathed in light and having a serious yet sunny disposition. This figure would break if he tried to crack a joke.
