Liberty League Conference

The Liberty League have posted up a list of sessions for their March 30th conference up in Newcastle.

It’s shaping up to be a great opportunity to get some basic skills training for political activism, as well as an opportunity to brush up on theory and the historical development of the movement. I particularly liked the look of this session, though sadly won’t be going. I suspect I’m too old and I know I’ll be busy 😦

Alex Singleton:

How to be a Journalist: What makes them tick? “How does the world of journalism really work, how can you become one, and how do you get them interested when you have something to promote?“

Tickets are £30 and include food and accomodation.

  1. ah, why do they start at 4pm _Friday_. I believe it would be wrong to arrive on Saturday morning or late Friday evening..Or not?

Am looking to work the morning till 12:00 that day and take a train to arrive in the afternoon just before it starts if anyone wants to join.
