Victim Disarmament Lobby: the true heirs of the KKK

Charles Sims from Deacons for Defense and Justice

The gun control lobby in America likes to portray gun owners in a manner about as subtle as Der Stürmer‘s portrayal of Jews. For them, it’s all about rednecks and racists, with one commentator equating the NRA with the KKK. However, the truth is the exact opposite. Gun control laws owe their origin to widespread attempts to keep black people disarmed, and thus not fully free or equal. There’s nothing more likely to spoil a happy lynching than an intended victim who can defend him or herself. The documentary “No Guns for Negroes” exposes this racist history behind American gun control laws.

Part two is here.

African Americans are not the only segment of society waking up to the lies and fallacies of gun control. Women’s groups, gay groups, Jewish groups, etc., abound, to the discomfort and annoyance of the control-freak lovers of big government, who prefer to keep them disempowered victims. Jews especially have reason to reject the false god of disarmament in the name of state-supplied security, knowing as they do that the Nazis made sure to pass laws confiscating the legally-held firearms of German Jews in the early days of what became the Holocaust. The website for Jews for the Preservation of Firearm Ownership explains its genesis thus:

Founded by Jews in 1989, JPFO initially aimed at educating the Jewish community about the historical evils that Jews have suffered when they have been disarmed. JPFO has always welcomed people of all religious beliefs who share a common goal of opposing and reversing victim-disarmament policies while advancing liberty for all. It was the brainchild of Aaron Zelman (1946 – 2010), a leading national civil-rights activist.

Likewise, groups like Second Amendment Sisters have understood the old saying that ‘God created men, Samuel Colt made them equal’. They note:

If you are a woman who owns a gun, you have an equalizer. Since most assailants will be bigger and stronger than you, and almost 90% of those assailants will not have a weapon of their own, you and your loved ones stand a much better chance of getting away unscathed if you are armed. Isn’t that your right? A nation without weapons, crime and hatred might seem to be an admirable goal, but it is hardly a realistic one, since the criminals among us will never comply.

Today’s gun-grabbers may wish to ignore or dismiss the origins of their movement. For obvious reasons, they prefer to distance themselves from their notorious predecessors. However, when they not only ignore history, but choose to completely reverse the veritas in order to smear those who resist their velvet-gloved tyranny, then the truth must be told.

  1. Very good Richard.

And nor is this just a 19th century matter.

The leader of the statists in the early 20th century was Woodrow Wilson – the academics (and so on) still hold him in high regard.

His favourate film? Endless private screenings in the Whitehouse and so on?

“Birth Of A Nation” – the KKK propaganda flick.

He was also the first President to be obsessed with black people not using the same toilets as white people.

“He was a great author” – of works like “The State” (it is as bad as it sounds).

And his “Other Self” chief henchperson E. M. House?

“Philip Dru: Administrator” – the “classic” pro collectivism novel of the early 20th century (proto Fascist).

Paul Krugman was not the first nasty piece of work to be big man at Princeton.
