Bad incentives create bad behaviours.
Incentivize them on traffic flow, and we would see them dealing with obstructions, double parking, broken traffic lights or even turning off poorly behaved lights and working point duty…

Who would be incentivised to do that? Politicians seem to be getting away with the status quo anti.
People need to make it clear this issue is important to them before anything will change.
