Ron Paul is stepping down from Congress at the end of the year, and gave this farewell speech yesterday. Although he fumbles whilst re-loading a few times, he nevertheless maintains a withering fire, and gives one of the finest, uncompromising expositions of liberty and its enemies that I’ve heard.
